    I wonder if there is subtle difference "1" and "2".

    #1 may be vaguer, #2 may be followed by a suggested time.

    However, so much depends on the people concerned, their knowledge of each other, and the way in which the words are said. There may be no difference at all.

    Keep in mind the literal difference that might be important.
    1. We should visit Uncle George in the nursing home. (A statement of obligation)
    2. Let's visit Uncle George in the nursing home. (A suggestion)
