    Only with advanced technology have

With a negative adverb(phrase), verb inversion occurs, but for "only" phrases, does it also occur? What about "Only with advacned technology we have been..."? Isn't it possible?

ex)Only with advanced technology have we been able to explore this vast part of our world.

Yes, we do have inversion after 'only'.
