    Post replacing an appintment

In order to accommodate the training sessoin in the odette room on Monday, Oct.17/11 at 11:00 am I cancelled rob’s earlier booking for the Odette room and booked the basement discussion room for him.

Please help to write it correctly if there is any mistakes. I am not sure if the last part of the sentence sunds ok. Shall I say " rebooked the discussion room for him"?Thank you

No, not "re-booked." That is fine as it is. Or you could say you relocated Rob's meeting to the Basement Discussion Room.

You need a little help with capitalization and a comma. Your date format is not standard. It is unlikely that anyone will confuse which year you mean, so I would drop it completely.
