    I saw spillage/spill of water on the floor? Can i write the sentences in such ways?

    1) I saw spillage/spill of water on the floor.
    2) I saw water spill/spillage on the floor.
    3) The water/juice on the floor is a spillage/spill from which glass?

    Here is what I would say:

    1) I saw (some) spilled water on the floor.
    2) I saw some water spill onto the floor.
    3) Which glass did the water/juice on the floor come from?
