    Saddle up

Nothing to do with an actual saddle or a horse. I heard it on the first episode of The Walking Dead, a guy on a trailer car said to the other when preparing to leave, "hey boy, let's saddle up". Could it be something like "let's load the trailer"?

"Let's leave" or "Let's get ready to leave."
