"Keep your car doors locked, and your windows rolled up..."

What is the subject and the verb in : "Keep your car doors locked and your windows rolled up at all times." I think the hidden subject is "You" (You keep) and "keep" is the verb. Correct ?
Secondly, is this a simple sentence with a compound subject with compound verb ? "(You) keep your car doors locked and (you keep) your windows rolled up at all times ? I think it is, but I'm not sure.

It seems to me that this question was answered here: "Keep your car doors locked, and your windows rolled up..." Why are you asking it again?
