If you Google the phrase "English language teaching methods" you will have many different resources available with the click of your mouse.

We have suggested that you take a course. JohnParis has pointed you towards help on the internet. Now perhaps it is time for you to take some action. We come here to provide answers to questions about English and Teaching, not to provide daily personal support for somebody who seems unwilling to use some initiative.

    Re: please help me

Perhaps your need for guidance has been drilled into you and you need some impetus to think on your own. Here are my suggestions:
    1. Set aside 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week to study English.
    2. Go online to The New York Times - Breaking News, World News & Multimedia and read 2 articles for 15 minutes. Look for new words to increase your vocabulary. Write them down andlook them up in your dictionary.
    3. Set up an account at Skype (Free Skype calls and cheap calls to phones - Skype) and findd friends to converse with for 15 minutes a day. Skype is free. I am not certain it is available in your country, however. This will help you speak live with other people learning English. Find Skype friends here in the forums.
    4. Listen to an online radio news station (via Apple - iTunes - Everything you need to be entertained.) for 15 minutes a day. The BBC is a good station to listen to, as is CNN radio. This will improve your listening skills.

    John

    Re: please help me

JohnParis has given you great ideas.

It appears from what I've seen that Skype is available in Iran but iTunes may not be (although a proxy server should sort that out). However, I'm sure that there will be other online English-speaking radio stations available for you to listen to.

One thing about the Skype idea - it is possible that people on this forum might be prepared to speak to you over Skype but please don't do what some people have done in the past - please don't send lots of private messages to various natives/teachers asking them to help you on Skype. It is better to post a thread asking if anyone would be willing to help this way and asking them to send you a private message if they would like to volunteer.
