    the meaning of "canít bring yourself to do something"

    Dear all,

    What is the meaning of "canít bring yourself to do something" ?

    example : He canít even bring himself to talk to me.

    Does this sentence mean that he is upset/ feels embarrassed if/when he talks to me ?
