would you have time for lunch?

I am wondering if this sentence is correct?

I will be in your neighbourhood next week and would liike to meet up with you. Would you have time for lunch?

Re: would you have time for lunch?

Not incorrect, but perhaps a bit too definite- it asks for a commitment right now, where it would be polite to leave an opening. Depending on the situation (business, personal, etc), I'd be more inclined to go with 'might".

'Do you think you might have time for lunch?'

    It seems fine to me.
