Please explain this.
I m not familiar .............. her, but her face seems familiar ........... me.
a. with / in b. with / to c. to / with d. to / to
Some people chose B and some others,including me, chose D.
According to OALD
familiar (adj)
1. well known to you; often seen or heard and therefore easy to recognize
familiar to somebody
2 familiar with something: knowing something very well
3 familiar (with somebody) (of a person's behaviour) :very informal, sometimes in a way that is unpleasant

So which is correct ?
