    I will write a text written in a book.

    While we naturallly make devisions about what is and is not appropriate to say or write in a given situtation, sound judgment depends on comprehensive and unbiased..............

    My guestion is:Don't we have to put to before 'write'?

    ....approptiate to say or to write in a given situtation...
