    I admire your music.

    Is this correct English? (I know we should say 'appreciate your music'.)

    Sounds fine. In fact, I think that "admire" better expresses what you're trying to say.

    Both work equally well in that sentence. "Appreciating" may be the best choice for the context, but that's just my opinion.
