    What is the grammatical explanation?

    Hi. I wonder if the sentence below is grammmatically correct. I mean there is no noun coming after of . Is it OK for a noun to be emitted in such sentence? Is there any grammatical explanation?

    "of" is unnecessary and incorrect.
