I'm writing a paper to school and the title must be written also in english.

The title is:
Augmented reality in mobile phone - botanical information on plant

Is the "on plant" part grammatically right, or should I use "of plant" or even "of a plant"?

Thanks for your answers.

I would use "on plants".
