    Hello. I don't quite understand the underlined part below.
    Is that mean 'you don't think the things on the TV news are big deal to you'?
    Please help! Thank you.

    The sentence would be easier for you to understand if there was a comma in a crucial place:

    In England, you think that everything has to be fair and if it isn't, you go on the telly and make a huge fuss.
