    Egypt has more richest people than other African countries. (I mean "more billionaires")

    Is this sentence grammatically acceptable? Thank you in advance.

    No it isn't. You can't use a superlative ('richest') like that.

    If you mean "more billionaires", the sentence you want is "Egypt has more billionaires than any other African country." (If that's what you mean).
