    which sentence is correct?

    Visionary management is leading from the centre with its ambitious plans.

    or

    Mehta API is backed by visionary management with its ambitious plans

    Neither makes a lot of sense. 1. What does "leading from the centre" mean?
    2. To say that a company is "backed by management" doesn't sound right. A company should be led by management.
