    beore or after object

    He beame so angry that he had the priests and their families arrested and brought to him. I saw this sentence but in this sentence object is bofore verb. Can I write like given below?
    He beame so angry that he had arrested the priests and their families and brought to him.

    No.

    He had arrested the priests - past perfect of 'arrest'.
    He had the priests arrested - He caused the priests to be arrested.
