    horse blanket

Do we have this idiom in English? If yes, what's the meaning?
    It tastes like horse blanket.

    Thanks for your prompt answer.
I've got a question. What's the word that describes the taste of an unripe persimmon?! It's not sour or sweet? What's that?

    Re: horse blanket

If a persimmon is a sharon fruit, it doesn't taste like a horse blanket.

(Not that I've ever tasted horse blanket.)
