Welcome to the forum, mydesire. :hi:

Please try to use capital letters appropriately in your posts:
[STRIKE]f[/STRIKE] First of all, [STRIKE]i[/STRIKE] I (space) would like to know the meaning and usage of "would have been" and "should have been". [STRIKE]p[/STRIKE] Please [STRIKE]guide[/STRIKE] tell me when and where [STRIKE]i[/STRIKE] I can use them. [STRIKE]i[/STRIKE] I always get confused about using these two.
This is far too big a topic to cover in one post. We can deal with more specific questions.
"[STRIKE]i[/STRIKE] If we plan for a shipment, the goods should have been ready in the first week of [STRIKE]f[/STRIKE] February, but we will try to get them ready by the 3rd week of [STRIKE]j[/STRIKE] January.
The sentence does not make sense. If we are to correct it, we need to know:

For what date was the shipment originally planned?
Is there a new date for shipment?
