    A study has found that...

    Hi,

Can someone tell me which one reads better?

A study conducted by Columbia University has found that women who feel insecure about their marriage are more likely to pretend orgasm.

A study conducted by Columbia University has found that the more women feel insecure about their marriage, the more they are likely to pretend orgasm.

    Thanks

    They have two different meanings.

In the first, you are talking about 2 classes of women: those who feel insecure and those who don't.

In the second, you are saying there are gradations of how insecure a woman might be, and that the further along the scale towards "insecure" she is, the more likely she is to embellish her enjoyment.

("Fake orgasm" is the usual expression.)

    Thank you, Sir

You really parse the heck out of my sentences.

I would've never realized how profoundly different they were.

I think I will use the second one.

(I first thought about using "fake orgasm" but it sounded somewhat cheap.)
