    What is the following in red saying?

    Her Controller part wanted to reprimand Sam for being such a crybaby and only caring about himself. "Just suck it up and make your numbers," she wanted to say.

    "Suck it up" means to carry on through whatever troubles/difficulty you are having. Work through the pain. Endure. Take it like a man.

    "Make your numbers" means to achieve your goal. This may have been a certain amount of sales, etc. I can't tell without context.
