    Hello. Welcome to Using English. You must use capital letters to create correct sentences.

    You need the "am."

    Someone else is requiring you to attend training and it starts the next day.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
