Which one is correct: Tie it up or wrap it up?

    Hi,

    A) If you sprained your leg you might wanna wrap it up to stablize it.
    B) If you spraind your leg you might wanna tie it up to stablize it?

    Thank you

We don't generally say we sprained a "leg." It's a joint - an ankle or a knee.

    However, we wrap sprains.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

In BrE, we can also use bandage as a verb.
