    I was going to comment that in most cases a "chunk" is not a uniformly-sized piece. If I asked you to hack me a chunk of meat off of a roasted pig, for example, I would not expect the exact same size and shape as the next guy got.

    In the example given, though, in dealing with computer memory in "chunks" that isn't true. It is uniformly sized.
