"He always read the economical section in the newspaper."
The above sentence is from my vocabulary book for high schoolers and it sounds strange to me. I've learned that 'economical' means 'not spending more money than necessary', so I think the word in that sentence should be 'economy' not 'economical'.
Am I right? or....Am I just ignorant?
