    it is not like anyone can

    1-It is not like anyone can go there.

    Can't this sentence have two meanings:

    a-It is not like just anyone can go there. Only some people can.
    b-Nobody can go there.

    'Anyone' would be stressed in speech in the original.
    b-Nobody can go there.
    'Anyone' would not be stressed.
    I, personally, would use 'as if/though' rather than 'like'.
