    May I most respectfully suggest that you carefully study your/your're and its/it's. I have noticed that

    many people are confused about the difference. If you can truly understand the difference, it will greatly

    help you write better. As a student, employee, or employer, you do not want to make a mistake with

    those little words, for people will tend to lose respect for you.
