    'tell everything to somebody'
    1. We usually refrain from telling people
about our boss. But for some reason or aonther,
    we make the secret open.
    2. Your husband is very mean. You have kept it
to yourself for a long time. But now you have
told everything to your friend (and you feel better).
Are there any slang expressions for that (confide)?
    show all of your hand?
    Thank you.

You 'get a weight of your chest' when you confide something that has been bothering you, or tell the person who's annoying you

Thank you, tdol. "I got a weight of my chest" means "I told everything to someone"?
