Please explain the difference between "present perfect tense and present perfect continuous"
You haven't given any example of present perfect continuous. Please start your sentences with a capital letter and end them with a full stop.

    Re: Need Help

It has finished - present perfect (active)

It has been finished - present perfect passive

It was finished - simple past, passive.

    See above.

As Bhaisahab said, please make sure you start every new sentence with a capital letter and end it with the relevant punctuation mark.
Also, we do not use "textspeak" on the forum. Don't say "pls", use "please". "B/w" means nothing. I worked out it was supposed to say "between". Review your use (or lack of use) of articles. I have had to add the word "the" to your post several times.
