    Post what is the difference?

Goodday all, Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!!

Please could someone cite out if any of the sentences is wrong or if there is any difference in meaning between them; And if they are right, what situations can we use them?
Question: How long do you usually sleep?
1--I usually sleep about two hours.
2--I usually sleep for about two hours.

    Best Regards.

There is no difference between them; both are fine.

"cite out" is rather ugly. Where did you hear that?
If you're talking about two things, you should use "either of", not "any of".

I agree. They mean the same.
