Is it a polite way to say: I bit a good morning (good night, farewell, goodbye)?
Do you use such expressions?

"I bid you good morning' is rarely used, except, occasionally, as a curt, formal 'goodbye'.

I recommend that you do not use it.

Good morning and the other expressions are polite- intonation could make them sound more formal, but there's nothing wrong with using them.
