    slip

What exactly does "slip" refer to, case or box?

A computer should lift from from the box in an exciting way, or a new iPod or iPhone should nestle dramatically in a plastic slip.

    Thank you.

    Re: slip

I'd guess that it means the plastic tray it sits in in the box.
