Student or Learner
- "Do as I say" he begged me.
- I was begged (by him) to do as he said.
- He begged what he said (to me) should be followed
Are they right?

Your final sentence would simply never be used. It's far too awkward and unnatural.
Were you tasked with changing the original sentence into the passive? I only ask because it always seems to me that exercise books and some teachers ask their students to change some of the most unlikely sentences into the passive.
As someone else (sorry, I can't remember who) says here frequently: Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
