    i want to re-word the phrase:
    'to utilize systematic and diligent efforts"

    I assume you want us to reword the phrase for you.

    We can help you better if you quote the full sentence in which you want to use the phrase or in which you read it.

    For the future, please note that 'to utilize systematic and diligent efforts' would have been a better thread title, as that is what your thread is about.

    You only need to state that you are not a teacher if you are attempting to answer a question.
