    Correct the sentense

    Dear all,
    This is to remind you that dead line for applying Emirates National ID Card is near and there is only one week remaining for Sharjah Residents. .

    Therefore, we would like you to make sure that all employees who are having residence visa from Sharjah Immigration have applied for their Emirates ID Card.
    If not then please apply the same on or before 31st January 2012, to avoid paying fines in Ministry.
