Does this sound native? If not, please make it one

The man has the Patrician look and the grace and dignified posture coupled with an imposing appearance; he defies belittlement.

Patrician is not capitalised (except when it begins a sentence).

It's a nice sentence, but I don't think I know anyone who ever used the word "patrician."

No , and I would also like to ask the threadstarter (that's you NewHopeR) if you would please stop referring to native English speakers as "natives" (a person born in a specified place or associated with a place by birth).
Your question should be titled: "Does this sound natural?" or "Does this sound natural to a native speaker?"
    Thank you in advance.

    Never - and this from a 'patrician'-user.
