I

Mechanic: Good morning.
You: Good morning. I've got a problem with my car. It's not starting (fact)
Mechanic: Have you tried jump-start it? The battery might be down.
You: Yes, I have but it just won't start (despite my attempts, the car doesn't seem to want to start).

Hope it's clear enough.

How do i write a male to the mechanic.

Welcome to Using English!

Most people don't send written correspondence to their mechanic, but ...
How do I write an email to the mechanic?
How do I write a letter to the mechanic?

We don't write a mail, but we send letters by mail (or by post if you speak another dialect of English.)

Male is a gender.

Also, please remember that "I" as pronoun and should always be capitalized.
