which one is the correct one??
Try eliminating some of the obviously impossible ones yourself first.

and ... what does subjunctive mean?
Please start a new thread for this totally unrelated question.

Which of the remaining two do you think is most likely?

I think got locked up is the answer. We add *s* on verbs...*The king gets princess lock up*
For native English speaking would choose *get lock up*... Am I right??

You are getting several things confused here:

1. In the third person of the present tense of the verb, we add (e)s, with minor spelling changes in some verbs - I get/he gets, I lock/he locks, I have/he has.

2. In the past tense, we do not add (e) s - I/he got, I/he locked, I/he had.

3. If someone causes something to be done to another person, we can use the construction: subject - HAVE/GET - object - past participle:

The king has/gets the princess locked up -
present simple
The king had/got the princess locked up - past simple
The king has had/has got the princess locked up - present perfect
etc.

Some people consider the construction with GET rather informal.
