A: I see. Thank you.
B: Oh, and it's also important to pass the ball quickly and well to another player in your team.
A: I'll keep that in mind.

B: You know, it's important to run fast and long during the match.
If it's said in a certain way then "You know" might be natural in conversation, but it looks a little strange written down.
Also, "long" could mean different things so here are two ways I might write this line:
B: Well, it's important to make long, fast runs during the match.
B: Well, it's important to run fast and to keep running throughout the match.
A: I see. Thank you. OK
B: Oh, and it's also important to pass the ball quickly and well to another player in your team.
"quickly and well to another player" isn't quite natural here, I would write something like:
B: Oh, and it's also important to pass the ball quickly and accurately to other players in your team.
A: I'll keep that in mind.
