Is the following sentence acceptable?

Science is a best subject of all subjects.

No. What are you trying to say?
  • 'Science is every student's favourite subject'?
  • '... their strongest subject' [=the subject that they are 'best at']?
  • 'Science is the most important subject for any student to study'?
  • 'Every student should aspire to studying science'?
  • ... etc etc
Sorry - it's really not clear what you have in mind.

A NON-TEACHER'S OPINION

(1) I think that the problem lies in the word "best."

(2) "Science is my favorite subject." = I have 6 subjects. The one that I like most is

science.

(3) "Science is my most important subject." = I have 6 subjects. Maybe science is

is my favorite or not my favorite, but I understand that science is the subject that has

more meaning than history, English, math, nutrition, or public speaking.

 There are those two meanings of 'best' in that context. There is also a third: "Science is the subject I'm best at." Being good at something and enjoying it tend to go together - but not always. For example, I did well at maths, but didn't enjoy it at all.
