    pinafore overalls

"A couple of bored teenagers in pinafore overalls are shoving them around in wheelchairs." A short history of tractors in Ukrainian

I've checked what pinafore means on its own but what are pinafore overalls?

Neither had I, but I thought I'd better check before I said it was a non-existent term. Google revealed that some people use the term. There are no citations in BNC or COCA

I later found this: Overall - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, which does not mention 'pinafore'.
