    supposed to have

    Hi,

    1. WAS / WERE SUPPOSED TO DO ==>
-She was supposed to come here by now.

Can we use 'by now' in this case?
    2)
What am I supposed to have done wrong now? ( Or by now?)
Are you supposed to have done that tomorrow? (Or by tomorrow?)

Could you please correct me what I specified are correct or not?

    Thanks...

Or 'Are you supposed to do that tomorrow?'

    Re: supposed to have

1)We use 'am/is/are supposed to have V3' for 'now' and 'future', is that right?

Are you supposed to have done that tomorrow?

    2)For future:
He is supposed to have been working there for two hours.

    3)From past to now.
He was supposed to have been working there for two hours.

That is not impossible, but it sounds a little unnatural to me. A more natural question, in my opinion, would be "Are/were you supposed to do it tomorrow?" or "Are/were you supposed to have done it by tomorrow?",

    2)For future:
He is supposed to have been working there for two hours.

Only context will make the time clear. It could be used of past, present and future work

    3)From past to now.
He was supposed to have been working there for two hours.

Once again, only context will make the time of the work clear. This one could also refer to past, present and future activity.
