    Tense

    Would you, please, check the grammar in the following sentence
    .
    The Shareholder confirms that as of the date of signing the Agreement the shares specified in clause 1 of the Agreement are fully paid (or have been fully paid???).
    P.S. The Agreement is not signed yet.
