i) He has finished eating.
ii) He has become a king.

finish fished fnishing
become became becoming.

Could someone explain why not

iii) He has became a king.

If the first sentence is correct then the third should be correct.

iv) My harddisk has run/ran out of space - Which is correct.

i) He has finished eating.
ii) He has become a king.

finish finished finishing
become became becoming.

Could someone explain this to me

iii) He has became a king. Present Pefrect contains have/has + 3rd form of the verb, so "became" is incorrect in this sentence. It should be "become" = 1. become 2. became 3. become.

If the first sentence is correct then the third should be correct.

iv) My hard disk has run/ran out of space - Which is correct? The one that I marked.
