Hello All,

I have an upcoming assignment for work . It is required of me to complete a wrtten report on a work related topic.

I am not so sure on how to format it , given that reports can be written in many ways , i would appreciate it if somebody could site an example or define clearly , on what the report should entail . For example structure is my main concern .

Appreciate any thought comments or input on this topic ,
Thank you very much , steve.

What kind of assignment is that? Is it a critique paper or whatever?

There are so many formats a report can take that it's almost impossible to say. My suggestion is to ask your boss for a sample of a report he or she thought was well written, and use that as a model for your report.

It could be possibly be time management , safety , anything really to do with the workplace , and i am not so sure as to what style of report this needs , to be successful in writing it .
Yeah so like if the boss asks me to write something up on time management or safety i need to know how i'll do it , what the best style for this is . If not i guess i can just put something together using s standard report layout .

Well, whatever format you follow, make sure you capitalize the pronoun "I" if you use it and you don't leave a space before your punctuation marks.

Noted Thankyou !!!

If you noted Barb's comments, why did you put a space before your exclamation marks?

You omitted the full stop after "Noted".
One exclamation mark is sufficient.
"Thank you" is not all one word.

We appear to have lost the strike out feature.

Rover
Till it comes back, you can write STRIKE before the thing to be deleted, and /STRIKE after, both in square brackets. It [STRIKE] works[/STRIKE].
