This is a song named Without You by Davud Guetta:

I can't win, I can't reign
I will never win this game

Without you, without you

I am lost, I am vain,
I will never be the same

Without you, without you

I won't run, I won't fly
I will never make it by
Without you, without you
I can't rest, I can't fight
All I need is you and I Without you

I tried to find out the meaning of this phrase on the internet but there was nothing. Please help me. Thanks so much! :)

You guys can hear the song here: "Without You" - Usher & David Guetta (Max Schneider Cover) - YouTube

Usually it's "get by," but with song lyrics, anything goes.

It means to keep living. or "go on"

Not a teacher

It means "I need something, which rhymes with 'fly' even without any sense"

And sometimes a word picked from a rhyming dictionary like this is strangely inappropriate. He wanted something to rhyme with reign and picked vain. But 'I am vain' means 'I am conceited'. What he meant was 'All my efforts [or some other noun] are in vain', but that has too many syllables. And the fight between sense and euphony is an uneven one. (Can't say I'm a fan.) ;-)
