Dear Teachers

Is it grammatically correct to write the following sentence?
If I were still employed, am I required to make mandatory contribution [after/when] I [have reached/reach] 65?

Cheers

If I am still employed when I reach 65, am I required to make mandatory contributions? It's better like that.
There are other ways you could write it.
