I'm wondering about how to make negative sentences of 'let, have, make' verbs.

He let me go

-> 1. He didn't let me go.
-> 2. He let me not go.

Are both 1 and 2 grammatically correct?

He made me go.

-> 3. He didn't make me go.
-> 4. He made me not go.

He had me go.

-> 5. He didn't have me go.
-> 6. He had me not go.

Also, are the all 3 to 6 grammatically correct?

Thank you so much.

1. He didn't let me go. - He did not allow me to go. (I couldn't go.)
2. He let me not go. - he allowed me not to go. (I presumably did not wish to go.)

3. He didn't make me go. - He did not oblige me to go. (I could go or not, as I wished.)
4. He made me not go. - He obliged me not to go. (I couldn't go)

5. He didn't have me go. - as #3
6. He had me not go. - as #6

Your sentences #2, #5 and #6 are possible, bu tnot very natural in my opinion.
