But I also wouldn't bet anything on that. Does your tummy hurt? ... and certainly tummy/belly over stomach.

I use 'belly' in very informal situations, but normally use 'stomach'. I don't know whether it's personal, or British, but I cringe when I hear adults use 'tummy'.
